Recharge & Usage Rules

Remember, commission is earned on commissionable lines. Therefore, it is important that you adhere to the recharge/usage rules when activating SIMs for customers *N.B., Usage rules are determined by the network and can change from time to time.

How it works:

R25

per commissionable line

Should you receive (for example) a total of 100 QMart Prepaid Sim Cards and 15% or more of those sims become commissionable, you will receive R25 per commissionable line

R15

per commissionable line

Should you receive (for example) a total of 100 QMart Prepaid Sim Cards and 12-14% of those sims become commissionable, you will receive R15 per commissionable line.

R12

per commissionable line

Should you receive (for example) a total of 100 QMart Prepaid Sim Cards and 11% or less of those sims become commissionable, you will receive R12 per commissionable line.

Ongoing Revenue will no longer be applicable with the effect of this new commission structure.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Effective from 1st March 2021
  2. The Makoya Moola commission structure is only applicable to our Dealers and QAgents supplied and serviced by the QMart Sales Representatives
  3. Your commission payout will be based on your comm/distribution ratio:
    • If Comm/Distribution ratio is greater than 15%, the Dealer will qualify for R25 commission per sim.
    • If Comm/Distribution ratio is between 12-14%, the Dealer will qualify for R15 commission per sim.
    • If Comm/Distribution ratio is 11% or less, the Dealer will qualify for the normal R12 commission per sim.
  4. With the above new commission structure in place, profit share will no longer be paid. Therefore, there will be no profit share payout for March 2021.
  5. Should your account not receive any distribution for 3 months, it will be marked as closed. Please call 0861 666 786 to reactivate your account.
  6. Commissions will be paid out to your RICA number (i.e. the number which you use to RICA sims)
  7. You hereby consent to Q Mart making use of your personal information for the purpose of processing and facilitating your profile and commission structure.
  8. Q Mart shall under no circumstances be liable for any damage and/or loss that you may suffer as a result of your use of the Makoya Moola offering, unless such damage and/or loss is suffered as a result of Q Mart s gross negligence and/or willful misconduct.
  9. All trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights belonging to Q Mart, shall remain the exclusive property and right of Q Mart and you shall not assert any claims rights or interest thereto or therein.
  10. After reading through and understanding the terms and conditions stipulated herein, your continued use of this website is construed to be indicative of your consent to the abovementioned terms and conditions.
  11. Q Mart may, upon 30 days written notice to you, terminate your participation in the Makoya Moola offering for any reason whatsoever. That being said, Q Mart may suspend your participation immediately pending further investigation.
  12. Q Mart reserves its exclusive right to update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. The updated terms and conditions shall be effective 30 days from the date the terms and conditions are updated on the website.
  13. These terms and conditions represent the entirety of the terms and conditions as stipulated by Q Mart for your use of the Makoya Moola offering.
